AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will happily take your payment then muck you around going through many people to find where your order is day in and day out and met with empty promises. This is an ONLINE store. They do not have your tack with them, they rely on deliveries from a 'warehouse' twice a day and receive it by 'courier'made an order to another saddlery place and received it before they could even figure out where mine was. Will never recommend or return. *** response below from business is false and seems to be a repeat offender business with many negative reviews. There is no way I would advise them I am not in a rush. I required these items and called that day to process payment, asked to ensure they had them in stock in which they advised they did. Obviously not. I also have a call log which records the amount of calls I made to this company and the lack of call backs & updates. I recommend a swift review in how your policies and procedures are implemented in running a business.
"Don't get involved with Kingston Horse Supplies" This company sent a Jinker cart and Harness to me for my daughters birthday. It was a telephone order, where I was advised on my purchase.When the Jinker box arrived it had multiple layers of tape which indicated it was not in its original packaging. The item was advertised as easy assembly. Some of the components where out of their packaging and there was no instructions. The paint on the wheels were chipped and without been used one of tyre kept going flat. It would seem the tube is faulty.The harness once again had no instructions. We have a standard Shetland , however the recommended harness was ill fitting .I emailed the company with my complaint and the returned email was the Jinker cart should have had instructions. I said I wished to exchange the harness and receive replacements for the chipped wheels.I called the company and was passed from one person to the next and was told someone who knew about harnesses would return my call.That call never came. I finally called to discuss a different harness . The Harness specialist told me to work it out for myself by looking at one of their brochures. I was to pay for the return of the items.This would have to be the worst costumer relations exercise I have ever witnessed. No product knowledge at all. My daughter is so disappointed. Shame on you Kingston Horse Supplies.
