We bought a house through these ladies and they couldn't even manage a bottle of wine for giving them the business. I have purchased cars and received better appreciation. I really wouldn't recommend them, they really didn't do much other than take a fat commission.
MPMS Team have been great over the 3 years we were with them. Supportive and more than happy to assist when things "got tough", especially when the property was sold. Would recommend them to anyone
Extremely poor service. I had to send a reference 3 times for my vacating tenants (due to sale) who then waited 2 weeks for a rejection. When quick turnarounds were required, they took their sweet a** time. When you hold peoples lives in your hands - you need to care. When I called to express my concerns about the 2 week wait for a response - you couldn't care less. MPMS Real Estate = Careless. - In every sense of the word. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.
My husband and I just purchased our first house through this agent - so an exciting time for us. The house is great, the block is huge, the price was excellent. However I'm quite disappointed to be honest with the lack of interest from the agent upon handover. Kate didn't turn up at settlement and didnt return our phone calls that day either. We went and picked up the keys ourselves which wasnt a big deal but we never got the obligatory photo with the sold sign plastered over the advertising sign out the front. The sign has just been taken away by the sign company so its not going to happen now. I just feel these little things would have made the experience perfect, instead we kind of feel like an after thought.. sad. Edit: removed another star.. weve been in the house for a month now and the agent still has the property up for sale both online and in the shop window...
The worst agency I have ever gone through. When we moved into our property the water was brown. After months of practically begging for something to be done, they finally agreed to have the water tested and revealed that it didnt even meet the Australian National guidelines for safe drinking water. I was pregnant at the time and had been bathing my newborn in this disgusting water as I was told 'its only tannin-stained and safe to drink'. It is a battle to get anything fixed as Kate, the owner of the agency, will pick a fight over any simple request. At the end of our tenancy we were 2 weeks in advance with rent, which they kept very quiet about, it then took over 3 weeks to be transferred back to us. I have never come across such an unprofessional agency with such a rude, abusive owner.
