Terrible. Dr Anderson is the ONLY reason to ever visit this place. The administration have clearly been told to charge everyone "all they can".I USED to have this as my local practice for years until I was unable to make an appointment (I am disabled). And I was sent a bill for the missed appointment. When calling to find out it was their NEW policy. I worked out that I had missed less than 1% of my appointments in all the time I had been there every month. But had had to WAIT on average more than 30 minutes. So I refused to pay it. I was sent an additional one. And this was when I decided to not pay anything and left on principal. You are not OBLIGATED to pay something they make up on the fly. So don't!*Terrible. I am so much happier up the street with another place.
