Mr. Charming and his horrible wife.First, the park wasn't too bad. However, there are a few points that made us writing this review.We were lucky enough to find the only rude and unfriendly Australian, which is the Lady at the reception. In German we would say: "With her it is not good cherry eating". On our arrival, the office was already closed and we knew about the common rules in regards to office hours on caravan parks. However, we tried to kindly ask to spend our night at the park. She was only complaining about costumers, arriving after business hours and threatening a penalty fee for late check ins, which she didn't impose at all. She gave us a very bad feeling.On the other hand, we met her husband, who nice and gently welcomed us in the park and guided us with his tiny flashlight onto our caravan site. This was very cute. All in all the the place is ok. The lady at the reception is a no go in regards to costumer orientation.
Great tourist park. Very very clean. Owners extremely helpful and went out of their way above and beyond to help out. View is fantastic. BBQ and kitchen facilities available. Would definitely go back
Lovely tidy park with great views and clean bathroom facilities. We received a stack of local newspapers and brochures when we arrived which were great for learning about the area and planning our daily activities.
Disappointed checked in and went to explore, got a phone call and had an emergency and had to head home straight away and would not give a refund. We literally walked in the room and walked out. Very very very disappointed will definitely never go back
What a gem find!! Not expecting, went to one place & they were booked out, but the managers were so obliging and actually called this other location to see if they had a vacancy...we got the last booking !! Thats pure service and such giving of their community spirit! Thank you so much, shall make the effort to return...the location of Landsborough & Maleny is simply breathtaking
