I visit Live Foods Cafe a fair bit and I keep coming back because it offers some of the freshest and tastiest plant-based food on the coast. Always get friendly service and quality food. Highlight has gotta be the raw key lime pie and the cooked pizzas. Highly recommended.
I don't like writing a bad review and I'm usually pretty relaxed about customer service but the waiter who I assume is also the owner seemed like he had some serious issues with his attitude! He was rude, arrogant and condescending! I have traveled around the world and I have never experienced such rude customer service before! We decided to leave before ordering due to the horrendous treatment we received by this man. If friendly customer service is important to you or you have dietary requirements and need to ask questions before ordering then avoid this place!!
Gluten free cakes looked amazing. Service was just OK. Felt made to feel bad for ordering takeaway cups and barista got our order wrong. I've noticed in Andy's response there was no acknowledgement regarding getting our order wrong nor mention of the fact that we did NOT remain in the cafe. The coffee was so bad none of us drank it. Go here for cake ONLY.
The best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. And the fact that it is also vegan is pure magic! I Alway feel sated after eating here without feeling bloated. The delicious raw cakes deserve a mention as well. Can't recommend it highly enough. And the sandpit! Kid friendly is another bonus in an already stellar experience
